It’s time to move again.. I spoke to the lovely Kayleen Starr at Remax Solutions Strathpine today.

I don’t want to rent with any other Real Estate.. I’ve only ever had bad experiences. 

Like My partner is having a huge problems with a Ray White in our area. Eg. His plumbing backs up daily & floods the house with sewage. The plumber arrives & states: Ive made several reports over 3 years & nothing’s ever done. The boys have been treated unfairly with constant disrespect. Rent a day late & breach notice in letter box next day rent was paid the night before. The list goes on..

This Wonderful Real Estate when called to say plumbing is backing up the next day plumber arrives works for awhile & says I’ll be back tomorrow with the big guns. The next day job is done.
I’ve never had to wait more then a day.

Your Kayleen Starr is a Star⭐️ 

When I went threw some financial problems Kayleen was so understanding & we worked out a plan.. 

Honesty is the best policy..

Now it’s time for a down size!!

I’m going to stay with my partner until we get out of his lease for the safety of our health. We will be fighting to break the lease with this pathetic mob & going to RTA..

I’ve said it once I’ll say it again 

vote 1 for Kayleen Starr⭐️ for employee of the year & The Best property manager of the year..

When we are ready to find our own place we’re heading back to Kayleen..

I’ll miss this fantastically beautiful lady but I’ll be back..

We've been renting one of their properties for over 2 years & always been treated with the up most respect. PS I'M NOT STAFF. In all my years of renting myself & family have never been treated so well. Thinking over the next year or so moving closer to work & fingers crossed Kayleen wilI find the perfect house so we can stay. Dam we'll wait for it.. I don't think there is a real estate or agent that would understand & be so nice. We're so thankful & grateful to this company this past week. Honest is your best policy. Its been so stressful and upsetting with long shifts, no available or access to money, disappearing money, no rent, phone, elec, big bills paid the list goes on. Your support and has been a blessing. Your last email has eased my mind a little. Wish some other companies would take a leaf out of their book. 
If there were 10 stars I'd award them to you..WE VOTE PROPERTY MANAGER OF THE YEAR KAYLEEN STARR. REAL ESTATE OF THE YEAR REMAX SOLUTIONS STRATHPINE.

Remax Solutions provide a great service for both tenants and owners they are helpful and caring and always value people that they work with.  Five star service.

We had a horrible experience here as tenants. During the 5 years we rented here, we never felt valued as tenants and often had to contact the RTA regarding our rights. Finally the constant bullying from their latest property manager was too much and we negotiated to end our lease early. Even leaving the place was a drama, our conciliator at the RTA was shocked at how rude and unwilling to negotiate they were. Very happy to have escaped, I'd give them zero stars if I could!
