I am a property investor looking for another property to buy in Warner. Sorry to write a negative review but I've had a gut full of realestate agents like Geoff Mears who treat potential buyers the way he does. I inspected twice his property he is representing  at 164 Brisbane Road and 2nd visit I asked a simple maintenance question to which he said "I have your details and I will get back to you"  Well Jeoff....you lied, you had no intention of getting back to me as I'm still waiting for the call which reflects on Century 21.

As a landlord I have been very happy with Century 21 and I'd recommend them. I had a problem tenant from another agency but when they took over they ensured the tenant was always upto date on rental payments and that the handback was in the same condition - even though the other agent didn't do a good condition report. Thank you.

Caring, professional and proficient. If you are looking for a rental property, wanting to buy a property or want your property managed there is no point going anywhere other than Century 21 West Property Group.

Quite slack, applied for a rental property was told the process would take a week,  we had to call the agency and ask after nearly 2 weeks for an answer, they said they would get back to us the following morning ... And still NOTHING. we found another property, with a different agency. All I can say if you gonna tell customers you will contact them or even get back to you with an email or text, it's common courtesy to keep your word. Bad service ❌ Slow ❌ waste of time. #nomore
