Fantastic!͏ Great communicator and negotiator. Douglas was fantastic to deal with. We originally purchased our home from Douglas in 2019, and on sold it in 2022. Douglas kept us up to date the whole way through the sale and helped us deal with some tricky contract changes and negotiations. Douglas is friendly, honest, and very easy to deal with. Top؜ Real Estate Agency!  I had the pleasure of dealing with David Deane Real Estate when looking for a rental.  They struck me with their professionalism, attentiveness and communicativeness.  They have a good pool of rental properties under their management on the north side of Brisbane.  The process of applying for a property was straightforward.  I had completed an application for a property which was unsuccessful and they allowed me to transfer it for another property without problems.  The paperwork provided to document the lease was faultless, including an array of useful ancillary guides and instructions.  They completed an entry condition report diligently, sent me frequent reminders to complete it on my part and resolved the issues promptly.  Their responsiveness to emails and phone calls is excellent.  David Deane Real Estate comes with my strong recommendation.

Excellent؜ and prompt service Ww have recently rented a home with David Deane Real Estate. The whole experience has been fantastic. From the the friendly young man at the inspection who promptly sent me the link to apply for the home to the office staff especially Josephine that has-been so efficient in keeping us posted, letting us know every step of the way how our application was progressing. Not mention we did not have to step into the office once, everything was organized via email and on line. Just so kind and wonderful to chat to.
