I'm renting a property with them, simply terrible, I paid 3 months in advance twice(on contract renovation) and also paid all my rents 2 weeks in advance, they still treat you terribly. I would not recommend it.

We rented a property in Robina, initially another local agent was our property managers and it was a terrible experience. We were treated very badly, then Remax took the property over and we had no further issues. They treated us like a client and were excellent right through til we left the property. They are professional and look after tenants as well as they do the landlord. A good leadership team that comes through in all the staff Well done.  A special thanks to Ben and Tane who handled our exit very professionally.  Keep up this type of approach to clients and you will stand out from your competitors.

I highly recommend Remax to both landlords and tenants. If your a landlord and you are thinking about self managing, I would think again and use remax to make it stress free for both tenants and owners

We rented from Remax and Ben & Jackie and the team were very professional, easy to deal with and always polite and courteous. I would certainly be happy for them to manage my investment property without hesitation

We found , the team at Remax Regency in Robina Rental division in particular Ben O'Loughlin and Jackie Hardstaff to be of the up most professional Property Managers you can get.  Their knowledge of the rental process and what requirements and upkeep Landlords need to have in place is essential.  This is discussed from the onset, so there are no surprises down the track and  whilst their priority is looking out for your investment they also have a duty of care for the tenants that occupy your home.  This is a win win for all round and keeps everyone happy.  Their initial written inspection report is thoroughly documented and supported with photos, therefore leaving no room for errors or omissions. Their communication is upheld, will always make attempts to speak to you by phoning, failing this, there is a followup email instead.  We have no hesitations in recommending ReMax Regency and thank you Jackie and Ben for looking after our home, as if it were your own.
