Unfortunately, the real estate industry has a well deserved reputation for attracting duplicitous and insincere individuals prepared to deceive and lie with impunity to sell any property they list. Happily for us, Karyn O Dea and her team from Ray White Robina displayed exactly the opposite traits when we engaged them to sell our house in Robina.

Right from the start, Karyn was the ultimate professional. We found her to be a very honest and likeable straight shooter. Her communication and advice was outstanding, and overall, she made the often difficult experience of selling the family home an easy and stress free process. It was a pleasure to sign a contract only ten days after listing it.

Nothing was too much trouble for either Karyn, Matt or Hayley at any time, and we found their Vendor Report particularly valuable when assessing feedback from potential buyers who had been through the open home days.

When we do decide to buy or sell again on the Gold Coast, Karyn will be the first person we speak to. We fully recommend her services to anyone looking at real estate agents - especially in the Robina area.

I would highly recommend Karyn with any real-estate needs. Both Karyn and her team go above and beyond to help and make the whole purchase or sale process much easier.
I first met Karyn and her team at an open home, I was instantly impressed by their professionalism and super friendly manner.
I then made the decision to enlist karyn as my agent to sell my house. Although Karyn is based at Robina she did not hesitate to take on my property in Hollywell. We have since sold our house, and through the whole process there is not one thing I could fault. My family and I are very thankful to have had Karyn and her team by our sides in selling our family home.
