I will not trust this company based on the experience of a good friend. If you want details, I can be contacted. Do research before trusting your home with a management company. I question the validity of the 5 star reviews.

Eileen John is one of the best Property Managers I've ever dealt with! She's the difference between us staying with this agency or leaving (which we were going to do) if she hadn't come along. We gave her a chance, and this was 3 years ago. We have 3 investment properties with this agency, and getting a good property manager is so important! 
We are so happy with her - she so good at problem solving, is efficient, and extremely knowledgeable. Most of all a good honest person.

I write this review as a retired Real Estate Agent living and working interstate.
When we started selling properties on the Gold Coast, some 8-10 years ago, we were introduced and recommended to Jo Taylor as a professional and caring Property Manager.
We quickly established that Jo and her Property Management were deserving of the recommendation.
Over this time and in the vicinity of 100 properties later, I have constantly seen Jo go way over and above the expectations of a Professional Property Manager. 
Jo and her team continually go out of their way to ensure that client's interests are always put first and in the event of any problems occurring , immediately find a remedy for the problem.
It is rare to find a Property Manager with the ability to smoothly liaise between Owners and Tennants amicably, at all times, as Jo does.
With constant follow up with our clients, I know that the majority of them would concur with these comments.

Joanne Taylor looks after our property and we would recommend her to anyone. She does only the best by us and we have never had to complain. She is a true professional, and we would recommend her to everyone that wants someone that they can trust to look after their investment.
