Had place listed for sale yet was already "Under Contract" and not displayed as such. Why waste people's time in trying to get an offer together if it wasn't available in the first place. Update your listings to keep people informed. Thank you so much for the time/sleep I can't get back. Will use an agent that is on top of their admin duties when I sell my property.

I have used Ray & Jill to both buy & sell properties for me over the last 10 year. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They are always contactable & provide great service. If you are thinking of buying or selling a property they are the people to use.

We are dissapointed with agents as they complain when we contact them outside working hour (we can only contact them between Mon-Fri from 9-4pm), we only contacted them in still reasonable hours and for something urgent but they aren't happy to help nor friendly. Pretty rude. 
This is not helping in selling/renting your property as most clients need agent who can help or sevice them outside working hours. We missed few weekends due agent doesn't want to work/help during working hour so we need to do all the work ourselves. Plus they always have their way to get away with everything. They won't take your suggestions either with the ad. Not happy at all as customers, their first impression was good but then once you picked them as your agent, they are very slow.
