I was about to enquire about a property listed by this agent for sale. But thank God I came came across these reviews here they were very helpful and enough for me to drift away from that agent. I had terrible experiences with other dodgy agents in the past, and now checking reviews is a key step for me when it comes to buying.

Please be wary with these agents selling house 332 Marion St Condell Park. I did a building inspection report during the cooling off period and it came back with potentially high structural defects. Also my solicitor advised me that the patio deck was built without council approval. They have not updated their ad to include these findings. Do your research before you lose your 0.25% like I did.

Outstanding agent Paul chidiac. Where do I start,Paul was outstanding in selling my house in deewhy. We got way behond what I thought I would get for my house. He kept me informed throughout the process right up until the auction. He went far behond just selling my house, traveling from Bankstown to deewhy for all the open houses and building inspections. He is a great realestate agent and a wonderful kind person. And if I was to ever sell again or my family we would definitely go with Paul again. Thank you Paul so much for all u have done for me. I moved into a property run by Ray White Bankstown. From the start of my lease it has been nightmare after nightmare. I've rented for many years and in different parts of the world but I've never experienced an unprofessional and unreliable  agency such as Ray White Bankstown. Those who have had good experiences are probably those whom have bought property with the sales team. Of course, the staff get a big cut to be professionals. If you're renting, you mean nothing to them. I just bought a property and I deliberately didn't go to Ray White Bankstown because of their poor service.

Do not rent or sell your property through this agent.
There are plenty of other agents in the local area.
