The worst experience ever!
Every time have to chase for weeks to get any repairs done or thing fixed. 
Melissa was used to e a better property manager among them but other then her the remaining ones are the most laziest persons you will ever deal with. Unless you are able to contact through their Principal Tony, hardly anything get done. I have just leave to another area and its been now over two weeks and no update on bond refund or where they are up-to with this process even though e-mails been sent to all of them numerous times! Try to avoid them if you can!

I wish to thank the everyone in the property management team. Through my circumstances of moving interstate  they were helpful, informative and flexible. They went out of their way and even waited after hours because my plane was delayed.
I would recommend anyone to visit the office and chat to Tony and his team to see for themselves just how great they are.

They are VERY BAD when it comes to  Rental Bond Return. I have lived in a property under their management for one and half years. They will try to fork  your bond money as much as possible. Their customer service is a joke!!  every time i tried to call the manager for bond i was told she is busy with other call and will return my call which never happened. They will just ignore you when it comes to Bond!!

Agent are very rude not recommend for anyone to deal with them 
I would not even give them 1 star because they don't even deserve that 1 star  
Agent are not interest to help there clients plus extremely rude and arrogant  poor customer Service I would say hopeless....they  write there own terms and conditions for the rental contract they don't even follow the fair trading nsw term and condition When you need to contact agent for bond to claim good luck if you get back your bond or they will call you back ....
