I was shown a property , honestly the man was so rude I have never ever felt this type of arrogance from a real estate agent in my life, I have always found agents especially when leasing very happy & polite individuals, this was a while back & I hesitated to write this but still to this day I have been shocked by his behaviour, he told me that the owners are coming as the former tenants had just vacated & I must leave, I responded with ...ok now ? He responded with ummmm yeah what do you think, absolutely rude!!!!

Very bad customer service, I had a really bad experience with them in getting my bond back. I was leasing a property with them and it took them 4 weeks to return my bond. I didnt have much damage in the house but they charged me a lot. Not a good idea to go with them. Very disorganised and incompetent.
