WOW!! These people are a horrible bunch. My partner and I found a property we wanted to rent while I was pregnant. The place seemed good, but when we were given a contract stating that we agree the place did not have mould, pests or garbage we wanted to go back there to do a thorough check. We found multiple holes in the wall at this Bankstown property, cockroachs, flies, spiders, all dead and alive!! There was also left over rubbish and rubbish bags strewn across the house. The bathroom lights and fixtures did not work and there was mould in the kitchen, bathroom and some of the bedrooms. When we alerted this real estate agency, a woman called "Thao Nguyen" told us that she would speak to the landlord who was overseas. She said he wasn't going to come back to Australia for another 7 months and called us 'difficult' when we asked that the place be clean, free of pests, free of garbage and free of mould (as stated on the contract anyway!!) This real estate does NOT adhere to Australian rules and regulations or any part of the Australian law. They should not even have a business seeing as they can't run it properly. Being pregnant I was even more aware of the things going on in this house, and the disgusting mats that were left in the house uncleaned and we were told to carpet clean them ourselves and to disinfect the house ourselves. Horrible service. I will never look for property from this real estate agency ever again.
