Not professionals, didn't pass offer to the owner of the property even sold in auction under my offer. Not recommended. I inspected this property 4 times why, because i am interested and i asked you many times about the owner expectation but you didn't tell me and i keep increasing my offer till i reached the owner expectation as you said, please check messages of our conversation. i offered you many many times to come and make deal before auction but you didn't invite me to make deal. After second last inspection i wanted to meet you to talk about the price but you were prefer to go somewhere else and never invite me to come to office and have chat. The way you serving is not nice, please tell peoples straight that this is owner expectation and if someone interested, you can make a deal straightway and be kind for both sides.
