When staying here make sure you have all knowledge of this place. This is not a resort. Our unit had no airconditioning heating or blankets in our bedrooms. The phone did not work had to use your own.Door came off hinges. No manual as to how to operate appliances. Couch when you sit on it you sank, could not get out. Shower was a matchbox. Your bed only comfortable place to sit. You have to be fully fit with no disabilities. This place was totally unacceptable to stay in.
We adore this resort! Every visit with my family is a delight thanks to the approachable and friendly staff. The facilities, from well-maintained pools to the relaxing sauna and spas, are excellent. The rooms are always clean and one can never go wrong with a stroll down to the newly opened Pizzeria! Yum! During school holidays, the array of activities for kids is simply amazing. A heartfelt thank you to the entire staff for continuously making our stays at this special place even more memorable. Special recognition goes to Emma and Levi at reception for their exceptional service. Also, a shout-out to Jess for the fantastic gardening/botany session today! Ramada Phillip Island, you rock! Looking forward to more wonderful experiences!
We love it here we usually come here every year because we love Phillip Island and the Ramada Resort is on the way to Cowes so it is located in a quiet section but only a Five minute drive if that to Cowes. The accommodation varies for couples or large family groups and all surrounded individually in a natural bush environment. So you may see Wallabies possums and plenty of various . A word of warning at night do not leave any doors open as you may have an unexpected Possum wanting to greet you and make him or herself at home. Rooms: The rooms are basic but very clean and the beds are very comfortable. The kitchen contains all the cooking arrangements and utencils that you may require and including a dishwasher . There are also individual air-conditioning and heating appliances . Nearby activities: There are plenty to keep couples or family entertained volley ball and tennis courts swimming pools outdoor or indoor heated and spas. Walkability: There are plenty of easy walking tracks around the resort with views overlooking nearby farm land and natural bush settings. Food & drinks: There also is a licenced restaurant which has and serves a great menu and is also family friendly.
Exceeded my expectations in all respects. Lovely comfortable detached villas, so no movement or water noises from neighbours. Complex is quiet at night. Parking at door. All staff extremely helpful. Good range of amenities. On site restaurant most acceptable. Free wifi Ok. Only 3km to downtown Cowes by car, walk or bike path. Everything else on Phillip Island within around 15 minutes by car.
Easy drive from Melbourne, and just of Phillip Island Rd, the Ramada resort is laid back fun spot. Great for families with 3 pools 2 outdoor, 1 indoor and pedal-karts! Lots of native flora and fauna to see. Great all year round. Having come in both winter and summer - it's beautiful and relaxing all year round. Comfortable furniture and spa baths make the units both luxurious and cosy. All in all, fully recommend to come to Ramada resort Phillip Island.
We stayed one night, liked it very much, a lot of facilities at this resort, indoor and outdoor pools, Spa, Tennis courts, table tennis, volleyball, Gym, barbecue and a lot more! Friendly staff members. Great value!Rooms: 4/5
Our first trip to Ramada Phillip Island was a pleasant one. The check in process was easy, and locating our chalet was also easy with a map that has everything on it. Our 3 bedroom chalet had heaps of space. Plenty of Wildlife around, many swamp hens, rabbits and also a friendly possum. Rooms: We stayed in a 3 bedroom chalet. Heaps of room, separate lounge to dining room. Two bathrooms and kitchen is spacious too. Nearby activities: There's plenty to do on Phillip Island if you like Wildlife and beaches. There's even a Wildlife Park across the main road from the Resort. You just need to watch what days they are open. Walkability: There's easy walking tracks right around the Resort. Everything is mostly flat.
Our first holiday out in more than two decades, we choose Phillip Island. We booked for three nights at the Ramada, not knowing what to expect. But our experience was understatement to whatever I say. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rates were affordable. Our villa was nice, clean and very hygienic, especially toilet, shower and kitchen. We had an awesome time. It was home away from home, stress free. Our two special needs boys also adjusted well. This is not a goodbye as we will definitely be back. We will recommend all our friends and family. We had an amazing experience from start to finish. We will rate 10 stars for our experience. Nearby activities: The resort is centrally located. All Phillip Island attractions are just minutes away.
We love it here. We love that the accomodation consists of all separate, self contained cabins. It us a great feel to it and is very open and on acres of land. The amenities are fantastic and it's extremely kid friendly. A great deal of wild animals possums visiting where evening, geese, wallabies, bush hens, blue tongue lizards, rabbits, bluebirds which was brilliant. The introduction of the vegetable garden is fabulous! A few concerns: *the food and drinks are expensive $5 for a can of soft drink *the outdoor pools are very cold even on a hot day often too cold to use. A bit mouldy around edges and outdoor spa a concerning yellow-green colour. *our cabin needed some maintenance and TLC: -sliding doors needed repainting on outside as it was flaking off - fridge was missing a shelf in the door -better lounge seating needed as our cabin slept 4 with a 2-3 seater couch and an uncomfortable chair not a lounge chair -an outside broom needed to sweep up the possum poo left on the deck every night. These are all things that can ve easily fixed. Above all, we enjoy staying here and would return again. Rooms: See above Food & drinks: See above
