One of the most unprofessional and rude real estate agencies I have ever dealt with. When you call the office you will either get an old man who has no idea what is going on or a horrible woman named Mary. Mary is incredibly unhelpful and is certainly not in the business of assisting clients. I got the impression she is in the business of doing as little as possible to get her paycheck and any requests from clients are met with patronizing sighs and rudeness.

If dealing with these guys u can expect rubbish customer service! Rude staff that are unorganised, lazy and don't know their job. Did I menation rude! Need to have their real estate license removed! This place is a joke

Horrible service, i have to agree with Sarah Edwards 100% they are hopeless, Also the Review from Jaimee Eager from two years ago is a conflict of interest as she is the Property manager that we dealt with at Raine and Horne, i guess if you cant get good reviews the honest way you have to get them somehow.
