TENILLE: A VERY MOTIVATED PREMIUM SALES AGENT WITH UNSURPASSED EXPERTISE AND SKILL IN SELLING OUR PROPERTY

Selling our home was not necessarily going to be an easy task due to the age of the house and the fact we had tenants living in it.
My wife and I made an appointment to see Tenille Walters, who is the principal of Raine and Horne Redland Bay, to ask her advice. We found her to be very professional, pleasant, and most important: confident and very motivated. Her expertise and detailed knowledge of the area and property prices was unsurpassed. The challenge of selling a tired old fixer upper home was a daunting prospect for us but was not a problem for Tenille after she gave us the best possible advice. From the onset she took care of everything - right down to the signage, advertising, and even the 'special conditions' wording in the contract. When we walked out of Tenille's office that day after meeting with her my wife and I both had a quite assurance of knowing that we had made the right decision in choosing her to represent and sell our property. We were not to be disappointed as Tenille came up with the perfect sales strategy which in no time at all had generated interest in the property and subsequently led to her presenting a signed sale contract on the table. 
We have absolutely no reservations in highly recommending Tenille Walters in selling your property and are confident your selling experience we be as pleasant and seamless as ours was.

TOP CUTTING EDGE REPUTABLE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
As a former landlord of a local investment property I was very particular in my choice of a Real Estate company that would manage the week-in and week-out responsibilities attached to leasing our property to suitable and qualified tenants. After my wife and I interviewed some local property managers to hear what their service included and ascertain the level and quality of care they would afford my property the decision was a no brainer for us - Raine & Horne Redland Bay stood out as the agency that would meet our requirements and provide us with the best overall service. They are top of their game.
After the initial consultation with Raine & Horne's co-owner Darren to discuss our requirements for the property and the price we were seeking, the rest was easy and stress free. 
In no time the team had selected the perfect tenants that didn't miss a beat with rent payments.
Marlene is an experienced and qualified Property manager who was assigned to manage and take care of our property. We can only speak highly of Marlene and the professional service, care and courtesy she showed us; it was second to none. During the course of the lease Marlene kept us up to date with everything pertaining to our property including us receiving detailed regular property inspection reports. Whenever maintenance issues needed attending to Marlene was immediately onto it giving us the best possible advice and connecting us to suitable repairers and trades people. 
Each fortnight we would receive a statement of account followed promptly by the rental money being deposited into our bank account. Not once did we ever have to chase Raine & Horne up on this because it was there on time, every time.
In summary I regard Raine & Horne Redland Bay Property Management as one of the best, if not the best. Our experience was hassle free and seamless affording my wife and I peaceful good night sleeps. We would not hesitate in recommending Raine & Horne Redland Bay to anyone looking for a reputable Property Manager that would thoroughly take care of your property like it was their own.

I recently had the absolute pleasure of buying a new home for our family from Tenille Walters at Raine and Horne Redland Bay.

I have never met a real estate agent so warm, committed or passionate about what they do than this wonderful lady.

Tenille has worked so hard to assist my husband and I with buying our dream home and has been so helpful with providing us with some wonderful contacts to assist us with our relocation from NSW to QLD.  She has gone way beyond her role as a Real Estate Agent and has shown us just how passionate she is, not just about Real Estate, but about people.

I can’t recommend her highly enough.  

Thank you so much Tenille for everything you have done for myself, my husband and our 4 little children.  You really are a gem!

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Tenille, and assistant, Kyra, during the sale of our house at Redland Bay.  Both ladies were so passionate, generous and had our best interests at heart throughout the entire process.  Communication (both verbal and electronic) from the outset was awesome, and this continued until settlement.  The advice they gave us regarding prepping the house for sale, the types of photos to use for advertising, and contract negotiations were outstanding.  Tenille is an absolute angel - always so positive, happy, vibrant and a wonderful person to work with.  We put our house on the market just before Christmas, and the house is now unconditional some 20 days later.  Just extraordinary.  So glad that we had the pleasure of working with such professional agents, and just lovely people.  Thank you for all of your had work and support.  Amanda and Rob.

FIRST HOME BUYERS WOW WOW if this is you then this is the team we bought our first home through this Realestate? You would think being  the buyer you would fend for yourself NO not with Tenille she has held my wife and I hand through out this process with advice step by step it was seemless :) we have also discussed our options for an investment property in the future spoke with Marleane the property manager WOW what a lovely lady. Cannot recommend this team highly enough.
