HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! me and my family have rented twice with these guys twice in the last 10yrs! extremely nice people, extremely professional and will also fight for any wrong doing either it be for the Tennants or landlords.... ALSO I KNOW for a fact that 1 of the bad reviews on here is just an ex million $ landlord whos cranky because she couldnt rip the tennants bond money off to pay for her the house falling apart due to her own neglect and is now resorting to even lower pettiness by giving a bad review, and just like the 3 court cases she cant give a reason why.... again highly recommended!!!

Bayside First National have been exceptional property managers looking after our Rental property. We have had many property managers with different Real Estates prior to working with this business. And working with this Real Estate was a refreshing change. Competent and trustworthy are two words of many that could describe our experience. It was great to know our investment was being cared for as we would ourselves. Just recently we choose to sell our investment property and of course decided to trust First National Bayside with the sale which was trouble free and quick. Throughout this process Rhonda was always obliging to hear our point of view, as well as give us an honest opinion of the market at the time. Thank you for all your hard work over the years and for selling our investment at the right time for the right money. We are very grateful.
It gives me great please to provide this review of my experience with First National Bayside and especially Ryan McGeechan. We have been renting with Ryan as our property manager for almost 2 years and it has been such s beautiful experience. Ryan is not only kind and supportive but efficient and advocate for both owner and tenant. Ryan has a natural and openly charasnatic personality. You are out at ease within moments of meeting him and he gives you a sense of confidence and feeling you are in good hands. Most importantly he handles any requests or questions quickly and efficiently. I could not recommend him or the services of First National Bayside more confidently. It has been a wonderful experience and I look forward to our continued management by Ryan. If for any reason we had to vacate the property I would look to him for another property to be managed by him.
Ryan and his Team at First National are the Best Agents we have ever had the please of working with. The thoughtfulness, attentiveness and down right fabulous positive attitude makes working with them all the better. You won't regret renting through First National or having your property managed by them, you would be crazy to go anywhere else!
I could not reccomend a better real estate than First National at Wellington Point! Ryan has been the most amazing agent! Literally the best I have ever experiemced! He is always so quick with replies to my emails about any issues I'm having, even after hours! Ryan has been so understanding my entire time of renting through FN. All of the staff are so lovely and helpful at the office. Going in to pay rent is actually a highlight of mine and my daughters week as the staff always have a chat to her and give her lollies.
We can’t speak highly enough of Cody and Ryan at First National! Unfortunately, we had to end our tenancy early due to unforeseen circumstances, however these two were so understanding and helpful when it came to finding new tenants, and they did everything they could to find someone to take over the tenancy as soon as possible. Ryan and Cody were always so quick in responding to our emails and gave us plenty of notice when it came to open home and inspection times. Ryan and Cody were always both so friendly and approachable, nothing was ever an issue with these two and our two small dogs loved them too! They have been an absolute pleasure to deal with.
My partner and I were lucky enough to have Ryan looking after us through our rental searches. Ryan is fantastic. He answers your queries very timely, even answering emails after buisness hours and is always honest with his replies. Very understanding, down to earth. You feel calm which is very important for a first home renter and you know Ryan will be there with you through every step of the way. Thank you Ryan!
We have nothing but good words to say about First National Real Estate Bayside. As landlords who weren't in the area, Ryan and the team made us feel like our property was in the best of hands. When it came time to sell our property, there was no one else we would've trusted it with. Rhonda and Peter, together with Ryan have made it seamless and trouble free.
