After dealing with 2 other Property Management Agencies over the last six years it was a breath of fresh air to change to Ray White, Victoria Point. After a difficult tenant situation which proved costly and stressful for us as Landlords due to the lack of support and knowledge from the previous Property Managers, we knew we had to find another Property Management Agency but were a little sceptical about who to change to after our past experiences. A friend recommended Ray White, Victoria Point so we called into the office to meet the team. Michelle ( Principal owner), Tracey and Nikki who make up the Property Management team have all proved to have extensive knowledge of Landlords and Tenants rights which is so important when you are trusting anyone to manage your property. Since changing to the Agency we have felt so relieved and are always updated on everything from the whole team regarding new tenant applications, property inspections and anything else that is relevant. We can highly recommend Ray White, Victoria Point if you are looking for a professional, friendly team to ensure you property is in very capable hands. We have also dealt with some of the Real Estate Agents there in regards to viewing properties to buy and they have been equally friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

We moved up to QLD from NSW almost a year ago after a few trips up we found the perfect property for us through Tracey at ray white i did the 10hr drive up while my partner and kid flew up a few days later. On my day of arrival Tracey had made contact for a eta to sign papers and collect the keys after encountering several road works and then peak hr traffic i was not scheduled to arrive to Vicky point till well after 6pm tracey went above and beyond my expectations by reassuring me that she would wait around till i arrived so i could sign papers and collect the keys otherwise i would of been sleeping in the car. Since then we have had nothing but absolute pleasure dealing with Tracey and the whole team at ray white repairs were promptly dealt with and communication through the whole process was fantastic. Extremely professional and a pleasure have Tracey as our property manger

Tracey and the property management team are the best I have ever dealt with. I have rented through Raywhite Victoria Point for nearly 2 years and I am so sad that I am now with another (terrible) real estate in the area. Tracey has always been friendly and super approachable, and really ensures the properties I have rented were complelety up to standards. Michelle, the principle, is also super lovely, professional and great at what she does. I would not hesitate recommending Ray White Victoria Point to anyone. Thank you for making my experience with your office a great one. We will see you guys next year when we are ready to buy!
