Quentin from Townsville RACQ roadside assistance is amazing!!  He arrived shortly after my car wouldn't start, he was very comprehensive in checking what the problem was and explained to me exactly what was going on, and fixed the problem on the spot.  Unfortunately he didn't have the right tools at one point and smartly improvised allowing me to get back on the road asap.  Fantastic, friendly, professional service!!  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for roadside assistance. Good job Quentin!!
