I have been trying to get touch with Medibank for over a week :-( I do not have 45mins to wait nor do I have hours to try and set up a contact via email . I did try however no luck with this :-( If this is the service one gets when trying to pay an account what will happen if I need to get in touch if I have a question about a claim :-( Not helpful at all :-(

I just waited 30 minutes next in line and could not get served. 2 staff in total. Walked out in discust. Its a battle to get there in Stockland and then no service at all. 2 young girls behind the counter with no idea of customer service.
