I had my first dental appointment at Queensland Country Dental yesterday and was incredibly happy with the service I received! I was seen by the dentist Annie and would highly recommend her for all your dental needs. Unlike other dentists I have seen previously, Annie took the time to explain procedures and rationale behind issues I was having with my oral health. She was also friendly and pleasure to talk to. :)

I am very impressed with the quality of the specialist linked with Qld Country especially the dentist Annie who works at the Qld Country Townsville branch.  I changed health providers in 2016 which was a big step for me as I had been with the other health provider  for family cover from 2001 to 2016. I wasnt receiving much money back for services my family uses so switched to Qld Country Health.  Since then I have saved $16 per week as well as having lots more money back on services and some services with no gap to pay.  The $16 i save each week doesn't  mean I am on any less cover than before either it actually still affords me the top level of cover for my family.  

The thing I am most impressed about is the after appointment care.  I was really impressed with Annie who rang me to make an appointment with a specialist to help my
 8 yr old daughter to become motivated to stop sucking her thumb and take better care of her teeth.  Thanks Annie I appreciate that.
