They made us wait over an hour and a half before asking for some papers. Since we didn’t have those papers, we lost nearly two hours. It was pointless.
Very poor customer service. If it wasn't a hassle to transfer to another bank I would do it right now. Never had quality servicing with this branch. Not to mention the poor time management. Promised to be seen within moments, yet it takes one hour plus to be seen. Judgemental employees that try to palm you off to the call line when you explain you need assistance in person. Do not reccomend this branch whatsoever. You'll notice there are others that have had the same experience, the place needs more staff or more effective consultants.
Closing accounts. Aitkenvale Commonwealth bank has the worst customer service. Very unprofessional. ATM machines are always braking down. Don't use Step pay. It's dropped my credit rating 301 points in a month. Every single repayment was made within a day or 2 of purchase. No wonder their Australia's biggest bank. They steal our money. Ridiculous fees. Suncorp is who I'll be changing to.nnDONT USE STEP PAY, DONT USE AITKENVALE COMMONWEALTH BANK
ATM & change machines constantly out of service. Forced to line up at tellers in huge waiting ques. Avoid this bank if you can.
Waited in line for over half an hour to deposit a decent sum of money after a cash sale. Had our baby with us and when we were up next we’re cut off by the bank employee ‘Kevin’ with someone who hadn’t been waiting more then 5 minutes and had to do a simple transaction. We waited while they needed to do a USD exchange, deposit, and withdrawal. After another 10 minutes we went across to Suncorp and deposited it into our account there, waiting less than 10 minutes total. Customer service was non existent, if we did not have a mortgage with this bank we would have cancelled all accounts on the spot.
