Very disappointed, when i purchased Money card and that time staff was promising lot of things, and they gave me rate USD 0.68 for AUD 1 and after just 2 weeks when i came back from holidays and even AUD market was bit up that day , they gave me refund at USD 0.7318 and staff denied to transfer the money back to my account because she said “USD $421 is a small amount of money and can’t transfer into bank account only cash is available if you want “ because they could charge more currency rate if they pay cash as i think And she offered me above mentioned rate , i had no other choice because i spoke already at customer support team about the refund and they said only same store can refund where from we purchased the card ! I sent email to the office and attached receipt as well but still haven’t got sufficient answer .
Edit 19/2/17: "Used this service again, Very Friendly People to deal with, and very easy collection service. The best rates are still if you purchase online" Good Service, and competitive transfer rates, when pre-booked online.
