This is an amazing place to stay with very nice staff who are super friendly and help you with a smile and promptly!nJust be aware of you're disabled or got bad knees, they do not have a lift between their 2 levels probably not cost effective too, but it'll make it harder for the less mobile people

Had a very great time here. The entire team is fabulous to deal with. Extremely caring and professional especially a young lady named Fida I believe her name is who's exceptionally good service and guidance made the experience in Melbourne outstanding.nWill definitely stay here again.

Friendly, kind and accomodating greeting from reception made for a very warm welcome that was so very much appreciated. I had forgotten to book an accessible room and this was changed at check in for me. Room was great but it was the staff particularly on check in but also a friendly warm check out experience too that made the stay even better. Thank you ladies!

I stayed here for 5 nights. The room was clean and fully contained. It was serviced almost every day. The late check in was very smooth. I arrived at 11:50 pm. With a quick phone call I was able to get the room key and check in. The only issue was early morning noise around 5 am I guess coming from the neighbouring area. Otherwise everything else was pretty good.
