Our favourite destination in Melbourne, when visitors our daughter, is Quest Cheltenham.nSpacious apartment, so comfortable, so quiet and so clean. Great staff and fantastic place to stay. Units have full kitchen, washing machine and dryer. Most have balconies. Local shop food store next door and bottle shop 50 meters away. Chemist across the road. Short walk to multiple cafes, butcher, bakers and multiple shops. Restaurant’s very close and wide choice.
I stayed in Quest Cheltenham in Melbourne with my boyfriend. The room was under his name and on one of the nights I stayed I happened to be on my period and my pad leaked. It happens and happens to most girls at some point. This cannot be helped and it is a natural thing.nThe person at reception who was called Arena not the proper spelling I am well aware CHARGED his card for the stains! And to make it worse this person was a female and the Manager!nAbsolutely shocking and discriminatory. When my boyfriend went to reception and explained she told him that “it was a business” and processed to charge him. I have never heard of this happening in any hotel chain/establishment etc as nowhere would have the disgraceful cheek to do so.nI would not recommend staying here if you’re female as they like to charge you for the seemingly misfortune of having a uterus. Disgraceful.
I have stayed many times with Quest many time… staff are fantastic. Room is spotless every time. Great location. But this time I want to make a special mention about Sienna who is on Reception. WELL DONE!!! You are the best I’ve had in a long time.
We booked and canceled more than 24 hours in advanced as we could not travel due to family illness. They gleefully charged us over $500. Very unreasonable and unprofessional in the process.
