Stayed here over Mother's Day weekend and was upgraded to a lovely 1 bedroom apartment, due to renovations being done. The room was so clean and comfortable, staff were friendly and helpful and such a convenient location to shops and transport. Great value, will definitely stay again.

Wish I found this place sooner I had stayed elsewhere about 10 minutes away and that place is so run down and should be pulled down, am staying @ Buckingham Inn and it’s a great place has its own restaurant for breakfast and dinner but closed on Sunday for dinner only. As I was staying elsewhere I didn’t want to keep all my stuff in the car until check in time, thought I’d ask the question can I leave my stuff there and check in later, she checked on the computer and found out my room was ready to move in and I did.nnIf you have a disability ask for a ground floor room otherwise you have to go up a flight a stairs no ramps.nThe room I stayed in is very clean and tidy no marks or mould, has good size TV Bar fridge and good lighting also has a safe in the cupboard bed is comfortable with extra blanket and pillows.Close to Highett Rd in Highett about 5 minutes from Southland Shopping Centre and within walking distance to the shops in HighettnFree wifi but there’s no microwave in room and if you go to reception which is open till midnight they will do it for younHaven’t tried the shower out yet and you get those type of heat lights in the bathroom ceiling which is good on a cold morning.

This hotels biggest upsides are that they didn't charge extra when we booked out late and that the view was good but the downside is that the room was cramped and there was barely anything in the kitchen since the only thing there was the plates, cups and spoons but no bowls, knives or forks but the location wasn't too bad. The worst thing was that it said that it has good wi fi but the wi fi was horrible plus youtube wasn't working on the t.v. The beds were comfy and the ac worked, plus the lamps were in good spots and the  bathroom was great. Overall a ok hotel.

I cannot fault the services of this motel and the staff in particular. Huge shout out to every single staff member that I met during my stay. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and were very courteous and accommodating!  I was attended trying to get back to Brisbane for cyclone Alfred and they were amazing!!! Ty ty ty

We had a townhouse.  Was relatively clean.   Lots of ants kept showing up / already in attendance. So anything left anywhere ended up covered food wise.  Outside courtyard looked like not cleaned for weeks / months.  A few biggie buts.  Cobwebs on our door furniture and enough dirt to turn bare feet black.  Also being a townhouse I thought maybe some cleaning stuff.  But there was none.  Ironing board had no cover so I had to use towel.
