This was our second stay at the beautiful Quest, and we absolutely loved it! The location is fantastic, and we were thrilled with our ocean-view room. The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Being just a short walk from the beach, shopping malls, and great restaurants made our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend Quest Frankston On the Bay to anyone planning a visit to Frankston!
Room with an ocean view? Nope. Room with a view of McDonald’s. Website photos grossly misrepresent the actual place. Only one staff member was friendly. The rest were exceptionally rude. No housekeeping until well into our second day. Couldn’t even see through the balcony, the grime was appalling. Parking is expensive and the way we were treated as something in our trailer lightly touched the height banner, it didn’t hurt anything and that’s what those are designed for, we watched our load, reception treated me like I was stupid and made us feel uncomfortable, like our every move was being watched. Exited and entered building several times for the beach, shopping, staff actually watched me like I wasn’t allowed to be there, I am heavily tattooed and I don’t appreciate it. Key cards barely work. Need it to get through every door, the place is like a prison. I have never been more disappointed. Looks nothing like the photos and is grossly expensive. $35 for parking? Or leave your car for $18 in a shoddy looking car park for the drug addicts to break into. Absolutely disgusted and have put me off quest anywhere for life. Stay in Seaford for half the price and actual friendly staff that give a crap. See the places reply for all you need to know about the place and the people that run it. That attitude is exactly how you are served. That’s if the staff at the front shut up for two minutes to acknowledge you. The maccas across the road is one of the worst I’ve seen but I’d sleep there over this POS quest.
I recently had the pleasure of staying at Quest on the Bay in Frankston, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the welcoming staff and modern, comfortable facilities. The highlight of my stay, however, was the stunning beach views – waking up to the sight of the sparkling ocean just outside my window was simply breathtaking. The location is perfect, with easy access to the beach, local cafes, and shops. Whether you're looking to relax or explore, this hotel offers everything you need for a wonderful stay. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the area!
We stayed here for one night during Christmas time. Initially, we travelled to Mornington but couldn't find budget accommodation, so we ended up booking this place as they had available rooms. The room was a suite equipped with kitchen utensils, an oven, and other amenities, which we didn’t use. However, it could be very convenient for someone planning to stay in the Melbourne beach area for a couple of days.nThe price was reasonable, and the room was clean. Its location is excellent—right next to the beach and surrounded by a couple of cafes, restaurants, and bars.nnThe only downside was the parking situation. You need to book and pay $35 for undercover parking. When we booked, there was no parking available, but we found Wilson parking just around the corner with overnight parking for $12. If you don’t mind walking 2–3 minutes, this option might be more affordable.
Comfortable hotel at an excellent location with great views. Rooms are very clean and spacious with lot of cupboard space. Kitchen is also fully equipped. Stayed with family over a busy Christmas period and the staff was very patient and welcoming. We stayed couple of nights and were pleasantly surprised by the housekeeping staff to organise and clean the rooms everyday.nWe will definitely come back next time we go for holidays at Frankston.
