Its called Queens "Pastry", but far out their coffee is good too. Its always silky smooth and comes with a chocolate freckle. The pastry is definitely priced on the higher end, but you pay for what you get - top quality. Big fan of Queens

Thorough investigation of all available options has revealed that Queen's Pastry makes the best croissants in Hobart imho. The coffee is pretty good too.
Cozy and stylish little gem of a shop. Fresh, delicious pastries on display, minutes from the oven. The staff are friendly with smiles on their faces. You can have a seat inside to eat, or enjoy the Hobart breeze outside. Croissants are freshly baked at 0730, 0845, and ?1030 so come around then for maximum freshness.
Second best Baker in the world after Baker Mayfield.
Lovely croissants and coffee, the girl serving was so lovely but the girl behind the coffee machine was very very rude. Will come back for the food and coffee however dissatisfied with the service.

Delicious and fresh donuts! They sell out on the regular cause it is so amazing!! So call and pre order or get in quick after their daily bakes to make sure they still have what you want! Beautiful cinnamon donut!!
Excellent pastries, excellent coffee, excellent staff! Make sure you time your visit for when the croissants are coming out of the oven!
