I have been a long time Qantas Frequent Flyer.  I have over 250K points, but Qantas makes it extremely hard to redeem those points. Fly Virgin!!! I made a mistake on my online booking for a flight to Sydney.  It was my fault.  I booked the wrong time as I am not used to military time.  I understand that mistake is on me.    I just noticed the error while I was packing and decided to ring the frequent flyer people to understand my options.  Basically after waiting for a rep for 20 minutes, I got the old too bad so sad.  Your change fee is going to be huge!!!  When I asked him how much he told me it was going to cost me $40 to help me.  Nice work Qantas!  My company allows me to book with whatever airline I want.  I fly a lot and it will NEVER be on your airline again.  So I hope your crappy service was worth it to your bottom line.  I know a lot of people and I intend to tell everyone of them what poor service you folks offer.  If you are new to Qantas I suggest you keep looking as they are not the low cost provider therefore their service should be excellent!  it is NOT!!!!!
