Dyson Group: Bus Charter & Hire Melbourne

This is a good company to use if you are looking for a bus. We have used this company for a couple years now to transport kids to camp. So far, we have been pretty pleased with the service. The drivers are friendly and knowledgeable, the buses are of good quality, and the staff are very accommodating. The only issue we had was the company not changing our requested pick up time this year. Though we had asked several times to be picked at 11:30 , our driver still showed up an hour and a half early. While not too much of a problem, it did seem that the company did not actually read our requests. I doubt they flat out ignored them, but it was odd and it did irk us a little. Other than that though, this bus company is good. Overall, I would recommend this company to others.

This bus company are constantly causing issues with my son who relies on public transport to get to work. They drive straight past him or fail to pull in to a pick up point. I have spoken to people at the company who simply make excuses for the drivers.

i got the bus stop at exactly 8:30 at northcote plaza to get to school as i was meant to be on time to attend an important school assembly. the bus driver looked at me and looked away and looked again and nodded her head and and continued to drive away. i then waited for the 8:45 bus but then it came 6 minutes late.
