Your buses are never on time, often don't turn up, and I mean very often. What is even the point of Dysons busses. Should be called Dysons stand, or Dysons walk. I use a different route to work just to avoid them, even though it (on paper) takes longer. They should change journey planner and Google maps to let you know if the bus you plan to take is a Dyson.

Incredibly reliable- most services run and most run reasonably on time- friendly drivers who are passionate about their job- plus you actually maintain your buses unlike Transdev- keep up the good work!
