I left 3 stars because overall they’re great. But the fact that they let homeless people on buses who absolutely stink and are completely dirty is just not right. I was on a bus where a homeless person was on and absolutely stunk that bad that I ended up vomiting my lunch I just ate. Others vomited too once they got off the bus. Not right!!! If we’re paying for our trip we should be able to travel comfortably.
The driver of a moonee ponds 504 bus cut me off near Sydney Rd about 4:40pm-4:45pm Thursday 9 February 2023, despite the fact I had right of way. Then periodically tooted and abused me whenever he could me all the way to the Mt Alexander Rd intersection.
Shame on you for mentally abusing the blind Shame on you for not following up the complaint put in place Shame on you for allowing a receptionist to place a call reg: complaint and have little knowledge of the situation and was left embarrassed and saddened for your client due to your bus driver actions Shame on you for not following the correct protocols You should all be absolutely ashamed of yourselves to treat the blind as you did and feel that it’s ok to do so!!! Educate your drivers when it comes to giving way on cars parking instead of honking their horn and thinking they’re entitled to the right of way.
I want to say a huge thank you to both Amanda from Dyson and the Bus driver that we had on our Story House Early Learning excursion. Amanda was professional and extremely helpful in helping us to book , she answered all of my questions promptly and went above and beyond to ensure the safety of our little people. The bus was clean and well maintained. The driver was friendly to the children and very patient. The bus trip was one of the highlights for the day. Thank you again !!
1 star is to much for this bus company the driver did not stop for me today. I was running to the bus stop i got to the stop the bus driver laughed at me and kept driving i called up today and reported him the date and time is 2nd June 2022 at 3.40 pm on shankland blvd bus number 542 hope he loses his job because i had a very important doctors appointment which i could not attend
Drivers of the 567 bus freaking love to sit there idling at the high st/Mitchell st bus station for long periods of time early in the morning and in the evening spewing diesel fumes into the air and making over 85 decibels of noise!
I lost my airpods on the bus driving to a out of school program. Dyson yard staff, Amanda and Jesse helped out for hours trying to find them. I can’t thank them enough for their help, they went out of there way and went the extra mile to help me find my airpods. They will be getting a box of chocolates from me!! Thank you guys so much!!
I catch this bus every week 3 times a week....most of the drivers don't know how to drive ..e.g. cut corners drive over roundabouts.. drivers are also very rude. but today got to Rosanna station and the driver decides to leave the bus running with passengers on it and go for a 5 minute walk to return with a coffee...I have video footage .... surely they get there breaks ....ironically the bus was 10 minutes late dropping me off....pathetic service today and the driver very rude ....the 9.33am 513 bus .....
