Watched and continued waiting whilst two 901 buses zoomed by (rounding late) both displaying "Not In Service" very disappointing when expecting a bus every 10 minutes. Shape up or ship out #notsmartbus #late #nothappy

Totally unresponsive to customer complaints and apparently incapable of preventing its drivers from arriving at stops more than 5 minutes early, which is their allowable window. Even after four months of intervention by the Public Transport Ombudsman on my complaint, they still refuse to or are unable to make their drivers stick to a timetable.
