Average service, a bit pricey though. Delay expected in peak hours. Alternative way to the CBD without hurting your wallet: Catch 901 towards Frankston at T4 Bus terminal, stop at Broadmeadows and catch Flinders St/City Loop train to the CBD (hassle and take more time obviously, but only $5)

If I could I would give 0 stars absolutely overpriced! So unnecessary. Waiting for the bus because the other one didn’t take us. No other options available then taxi and apparently a public bus what no one knows about. Pay $19 for just coming somehow in the city! Internet Connection is poor too!

Note this review is OUT OF DATE! the location has probably changed though dingo fence is still there - "fast cheap clean cool. but BAD SIGNAGE to st kilda. you do not need to que at booth buy tiket on the st kilda bus. you cannot wait under or even access the purple shelter from T2 as implied on website due to a dingo fence"

Unorganised, slow and highly priced! The skybus stops three times at all the airport terminals and takes over 15mins just to leave the airport! This is ridiculous considering there is supposed to be a bus service running every 10mins. Surely this service could be better arrange by reducing the number of stops at the airport or making express buses from each terminal. Once finally out on the road the bus is subject to the terrible traffic conditions in Melbourne. As there is no hope of a train service to the airport in sight, surely an express bus lane would help ease congestion and bring Melbourne airport transport into the 21st century!
