Just horrible. Old grumpy bus driver Alan so was incredibly rude to me I was taken aback. I work in customer service so I see it all but I have not seen anything as rude as the way Alan spoke to me and other patrons. I don’t know why he is working at such an old age. Go find something better to do then to ruin the reputation of a good Australian company!

We have purchased to and fro skybus ticket for 80 AUD to southern Cross. We sat on top deck front row. City view was amazing. Free wifi. Airport and southern cross station have locker facility starting from 8AUD for min 2hours.

Clean, spacious, and quiet.nnPlenty of places to sit down and relax. Food and drink is fairly upmarket.nnOne of the nicer terminals in Australia.

Despite being at the front of the Skybus queue four buses went past and wouldn't let anyone on due to not enough bag space. Had to wait 30 minutes in the 30 degree heat before we were let on the fifth bus. This is the first time I've had a problem though, normally the wait is not long.

40$ for a return ticket is fair, advertising a bus every ten minutes is not, we are standing in the hot sun for over 20 minutes and still no bus, they put a roof on the terminal but who designed it? It doesn’t provide any cover from the heat, so disappointed.
