Unfortunately the bus leaves BEFORE it’s advertised and scheduled departure time. Arrived 7 minutes earlier and rang to confirm pick up area... rang again 20 minutes after pick up time to be told he wouldn’t be running late, he must have left... waited 30 minutes for a bus that had left early. You’ve lost a customer. Don’t waste your money... choose a reliable service
I went to the site on Kalman drive to enquire the timetable & price. I see staff there talking so i wait quietly and patiently. but once one lady saw me, she shouted and said im not expected to be here and kicked me out and locked the door. Not answer my questions and only let me find info from website. Terrible service.
Excellent service. Home pick up made the trip easy. John the driver was a courteous and careful driver. I got to the airport in good time.
1 hour 15 minutes later than arrival time given, thought this was a reasonable delay. No customer service skills, not receptive to feedback. Old uncomfortable bus. Don't bother, take public transport.
On 09/02/2017 about 13:45 ,I paid $35.00 for a ride from Mel airport to Boxhill did not get a receipt , but the white van for taking passenger was old and uncomfortable with poor air conditioning ,the old man driver was using a ripped off Melway page for the route and he was answering the mobile phone while he was driving. I 'll never never go again and not recomended
Been using this service for over ten years and look forward to my trips to and from Ringwood with the very courteous staff.
Fantastic service. Friendly and professional -would definitely use again.
