We travelled to Melbourne and needed transport with two baby seats. These guys were half the price of everyone else and delivered an incredible service. We were met at the escalators in the airport by one of their friendly drivers Antoinette and guided out to the awaiting black Mercedes. The car was very clean and included bottles of cold water. Their driver was happy to answer the endless questions about Melbourne that our two children kept up with. Highly recommended and thank you for such a good service.

We booked the service to our hotel from the airport and also back to the airport. When we arrived we could not find our driver and had to look for her in the terminal as they did not have our correct phone number on them. Once we located our driver - we had to walk a fair distance to the actual car park with our driver with no offer to help with our bags - i have used other companies services before and they usually go collect the car while we wait in the pick up area. What really annoyed us is the day before we were due to fly out we emailed asking to confirm a time for pick Up the next morning and did not hear anything back for nearly 5 hours and it was cutting it to close to the time so we were concerned and found another service - but within minutes of emailing to advise we no longer needed the original booked service we got a reply to that email - seems they just did not want the booking. Will not bother with them again

I've had a great time using Nova Chauffeured Transport. I've been in Melbourne for almost a month and Sam has been my choice to get around. I've made several trips to/from the airport and Sam has been great. The car is always very clean. Sam is very professional. The price is fair and the service is tremendous.
