Try and arrive early in January otherwise you will be waiting in line for a long time. I arrived when they opened to avoid the queue. My son is slim so the smallest size 4 was too large for him and had to find pants and shorts elsewhere.  Staff were very helpful!

Honestly the worst system I’ve ever seen. Bring back the old system where there are no queues. Seriously, as you walk in, you are immediately greeted to a store full of people queued up. Who knows how long you have to wait. 1 hour? 2 hours? School uniform shouldn’t be to wait hours for. It’s ridiculous

The quality of the garments is great but not great enough to justify their high prices. Since they're often very busy and therefore customers are in for a long wait, they should improve the waiting area, eg. more comfortable seating, reading material, maybe a wall-mounted TV to help pass the time. The thing is, the majority of PSW's customers are forced to shop there as they are the designated uniform suppliers of certain schools. This means they don't have to make an effort to reel in customers. They know we have no other alternative, and it shows :(

Waiting too long.   Only needed to try 1 top on.  Was there for 1 hour.
