Friendly staff who are happy to answer any questions, great selection of Cd's, DVD's, Video tapes, Vinyl and cassette tapes. very organised and neat, All staff know where items might be located, easy place to walk into and know where you need to go to get a specific item (sectioned off well).

I come here and they have great things but the customer service is terrible they are very rude for instance I tried counting the prices and the lady kept snatching the clothing away from me and yelling at me to stop even my child !!
