Recent visit to Geelong store at Market Square was excellent. Store rep recommended a solution to my problem with chain latch which saved me money and worked perfectly. Other jewellers were less obliging and more expensive. Thank you to the lovely staff there.

I always buy my daughter's earings here. She was really excited to get big gold hoop ones for her 14th birthday on the 10th of December. I bought her two pairs. She instantly loved them but, the clip on one must have been faulty as was always falling out. As I had work commitments I could not take them back to the shop.The last time it come out I couldn't find it I.e. now I have a very disappointed teenager.

Just wanted to give a big thank you to Taylor! I had gone into a 'competitor's jewellery store to see if they could fix the clasp on my bracelet. After looking at it, I was quoted $30 and a week to fix. I walked into Prouds in Market Square and Taylor knew immediately what the problem was and took less than 30 seconds to fix it. And she didn't charge me a cent. Was happy she could help. Thank you Taylor, you made my day :-

Made to feel ‘not good enough’ by the sales assistant due to the size of my ring finger. She was uninterested in serving me and couldnt hide her attitude. After leaving I walked across the road and into Bevilles and was served by a lovely lady called Barb who was amazing and compassionate and i purchased a gorgeous ring. To be treated so poorly on valentines day by sullen, poorly skilled sales staff is terrible and ill be letting everyone i know to avoid Prouds and head straight to Bevilles.
Very happy with the service! The girl that served us was very helpful and knew what she was talking about. Its good to see good customer service.
