Lovisa is a store full of cheap and nasty jewellery. Head office is clearly only money hungry as they 'apparently' make their workers put items on sales racks that aren't really on sale. I had picked my 3 items for $10, though when I went to purchase them, the girl behind the counter proceeded to tell me one of the items was not part of that deal and then told me the total was $16 instead of $10. I questioned it and said that they had to give it to me for the 3 for $10 as that was how the item was labeled. Her co worker then stepped in and both were selling a pathetic sob story about how head office is making them do this and they will loose their jobs. If it wasn't for my kind nature, I would've walked out of that store with no purchase. Workers need to have some morals and stand by them. What they did was politically incorrect and head office need a to step down from their greed. This is the second time I have bought items from Lovisa and I don't even get one full wear out of them. They break when you take the tag off or they just break while putting them on. The only reason I have a 2 star instead of one was because overall customer service is fairly good.

When the sales are on, you can get very nice looking jewellery. It won't last very long, but given the very low price, I would say its good.
