Terrible customer service! So pushy, jumped on me the minute I walked into the kiosk! I loved the girls that worked there previously and got to know them well. Then they disappeared at the same time and the customer service was appalling! No wonder they have closed down. You can’t expect a business to thrive when you have rude young useless staff that couldn’t care less what you’re purchasing except if I was buying something expensive. Terrible manager too! Rude and pushy.

Lovely girls, I was served by two different lady's two different times I had come into the shop, the first time was by a lady called Belinda. She was lovely She made me enjoy being in the kiosk she made me feel happy after purchasing two rings, I left the shop happy with my experience. The second time I was served by a younger female I asked her for her name as I was leaving because each time I have shopped there these two staff members have had me leaving the store very happy. The second females name is Aneka, she also was very lovely she had a friendly bubbly personality the hole time als had a smile on her face the hole time, she was very helpful. I left the shop and thanked her for being so lovely. I find it hard Now days to be able to go into a store and have people make you feel welcomed and get helped in a honest lovely manner. But each time I have gone to this kiosk thanks to them two females I have left very happy.
