I was given a beautiful necklace and earring set plus a lovely silver bracelet for Xmas from my wonderful Granddaughter. After wearing it a couple of times the chain on my necklace broke and my bracelet kept falling off. Because we travel a lot it has been about 5 to 6 months since we were back in the area to take it back for repairs. I took it back today ,was served by a lovely assistant who took me to Shaun. The service I received was 10 out of 10. Polite, friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They resolved the problems quickly, professionally and with a smile. I would strongly recommend DUFFS JEWELLERS at Westfield shopping centre in Geelong. Thank you for your wonderful service .
Well well well what a experience with Jo in Westfield she was so hopefully with helping me choose the perfect ring for engagement wedding band and also a necklace for me wife to be birthday we have built a friendship over the experience at duffs she's such a bubbly caring women who knows her stuff with jewellery and matching old jewellery with new jewellery

Just received unparalleled service here from Gayle. Duff's are already my go-to jeweller in Geelong but Gayle's knowledge and customer service was just the cherry on top today. Great team, great store, I love this place!

Bought my wife a birthday present for about $3,500 - part of the negotiations that sealed the sale, was that 2 other matching rings owned by my wife would be replated, for the price of just one ring about $120 savings, we were told. When my wife returned a week later to leave the rings for replating, Gayle, the salesperson we had seen initially was not available, and the Store Manager who served my wife, denied ever making the offer, and charged my wife full price for the replating. My wife, who is an angel, left the rings with Duffs anyway, and paid the full price. I only wish that I had been there with my wife, as I would certainly have taken the rings elsewhere - as I will in the future! Duffs has definitely lost a good customer!!!
Always great service, lots of great advice and lots of lovely jewels
Got served by someone named Heinrich, he was incredibly rude the entire time. Couldn't really understand his accent but he made a comment on my weight. Acted like he had already finished putting my purchase through in his mind before he did it.
Very friendly staff, able to order in the right size ring quite quickly and had a good old chat to my 11 month old
