Very pleased with my experience at Prouds, Whitfords store. I have been searching for a wall clock, looking in various stores and finally found the one I wanted in Albany. The girl I saw first was lovely, but I wanted to think about my purchase before I bought. I then went back the next day to find the service very unhelpful and wouldn't even consider listening to me when I'd explained the price I'd been quoted the day before. I returned to Perth, found the clock at the Joondalup store and staff there were VERY unhelpful - didn't even want to negotiate on the price of the clock. I went into Whitfords yesterday, spoke to Dorothy and had a lovely experience. Not only was she helpful and friendly, she gave me the best price for the clock! I have gone back to Whitfords today and spoken to the Assistant Manager Rachel about my experience. She has been very helpful and informative with other questions I have. I would highly recommend visiting this store.
Blatantly illegal "no refunds" policy. Purchased watch for Christmas 2021, watch stopped / flat battery? on 22 jan 2022 - told needs to go to manufacturer for assessment. Asked for refund , but told "it's company policy" to send to manufacturer. Itd be nice if prouds would just give refunds as per their obligations under Australian consumer Law. Update: after three weeks heard nothing so went to collect watch / ask for refund. Was told to wait another two weeks , can't give refund as manager was on "day off"
Very happy with my experience at Prouds Whitfords The ladies there are always so lovely. They helped me with issues with my Prouds engagement ring that I purchased from their store approx 4 years ago. I did have my receipt but it was past my warranty and they still made me a brand new ring because it was faulty. Very happy
