Love Peaches Accessories. Bags are better than designer labels. I have loads of these bags and have recommended them to lots of people. I use my bags all the time. Nearest thing to a perfect bag.
I’ve never felt so uncomfortable with these people, I’ve supported this company for 5 years. Because they were late on sending an order I messaged them on their site and politely asked where it was and there was a lot of messages not really progressing with any kind of answer and Peaches spoke to me terribly, anyway I gave them the benefit of the doubt we all have bad days but we try and treat our customers with respect. On my next visit I was humiliated in the shop by a woman in Peaches ranting and raving at me telling why they couldn’t do this and why the couldn’t do that, I felt embarrassed for her. Anyway I ordered again online and I chose the option to pay by phone, anyway 2 days later I asked if my order was nearing ready and was told it won’t be ready until you’ve paid my other suppliers complete my order then call me we don’t make payment in case not all stock required is available thus less messy on payment terms. This is NOT how peaches work apparently so I’ve been messaged again in the most inappropriate manner. That’s all I’m saying on this matter as I will be taking it further. Please, please treat your paying customers with respect, speak to them in a civilised manner it will create a better customer base not push customers away. One disappointed customer!
