Been coming here since I moved to wanneroo 8yrs ago. The staff have changed but the service has still remained exceptional high. Highly recommend coming here..

Standing at the cash register @ 10am 18/6/21 with my son no other customers in the largest store in WA, waiting patiently for the 2 employees in the store to either A look at me or b acknowledge Im standing there, but instead they continued their conversation about the weekend plans.. after waiting a few moments long enough we just decided to leave - plenty of other places who will happily take my money.. customer service is dying a death!!
If there was 0 stars, thats what I'd choose. Absolutely terrible customer service. My wife was told if your husband does not like the watch she purchased, then it can be returned for a refund. I took the watch back for a refund only to be told "we don't do refunds" ! The lack of professionalism from the staff, the acting manager cannot make a decision and was refusing to call someone who can. Would NOT recommend this store, if you are looking for something special for someone, avoid this store!!
Always a nice place to shop for gifts etc .very helpful staff .thank you all.
Wasn't open . Still setting up. Call me old school as I believe in punctuality. Sorry you don't deserve my money.
