Lovisa Whitfords was a really well laid out store. I think the merchandise was displayed well. The store felt neat and tidy. 100% my favourite Lovisa store to date. I mean headband and hair accessory heaven? Yes please.

The guy working today had horrible Body Odour. I couldn't stay in the store disappointed as wanted to purchase bulk items
I recently visited this facility, and I was appalled by the service I was treated with. The employees accused me and my friends of shop lifting, made my friend empty her pockets, and when she found she was wrong kicked us out of the store. I will NOT be returning to this organisation in any of its locations. the employees were rude and aggressive!!
Was a accused of stealing and the employee was very rude and aggressive, made me very uncomfortable and had to turn my pockets out to her. Will never return to lovisa again!!!
