My young family 2 cheeky kids in a shopping trolley and I passed by Prouds Forest Lake and decided to pop in to see if they had kids earrings. They did and I bought one for my 4yr old to see if she didn't lose them at daycare. We were served with kindness and professionalism. Even though I was just purchasing one pair of kids earrings. I thought this is our lucky day to have a kind customer service rep. I came in again after 2 days with my 2kids after daycare in a shopping trolley and purchased 4more. We were treated with the same kindness and professionalism. I didn't feel any different to than someone buying a diamond wedding ring. Thank you for providing excellent customer service. I have worked in the banking and insurance industry and the staff at Prouds Forest Lake are top notch in customer service.

this was the best service I have ever received they were extremely helpful with picking out a gift for my partner and gave me a fairly large discount, the prices are no less then 100% worth it and I make an effort to come here for any purchase of this nature.
Lovely and knowledgeable staff : Helped my partner and I find the perfect watch for him, fitted it and ensured everything was perfect before we left. Definitely recommend going to them for jewellery and accessory needs!
