We have had an incredible experience over the last year dealing with our property manager Sandy Morcom and her team. Incredibly professional and efficient. Everything is handled for us. If there is any maintenance required with the property, or requests from the tenants, Sandy emails me with the details, all possible solutions and quotes, or in the case of an urgent matter, uses her initiative and gets the job done and updates me immediately. Property is always rented. Using the Professionals to manage our property has made owning our property a breeze. Everything is taken care of and no task is to big or too small. We cannot thank the Professionals team enough, and highly recommend them! We look forward to a continued partnership in the years to come.

Thank you to Brook & the Property Mgt team at Professionals Paradise Point. Brook has been an absolute pleasure to deal with over the last 3.5yrs. As a tenant I have found Brook to be prompt to attend to any queries or issues we e had. I also think she's been extremely diligent in terms of working for the owner and making sure the property is cared for and respected via regular inspections. As owners of investment properties we know how hard it is to find a great Property Manger and we appreciate all your work to date! Great company, great personnel... Outstanding and professional service.  All the staff we dealt with were fantastic with a special mention of our absolutely brilliant, professional, calm, highly organised and competent property manager, Brooke.   Although most of our tenants have been really good, we've had the unfortunate experience of a few rotten apples.  Brooke handled these with tact, efficiency and professionalism.  She legitimately kept back portions of rental bonds to protect our interests from tenants who had overstayed their lease by over a week while still owing on water bills and cleaning and damage costs.  Thanks to her we were only somewhat out of pocket after these less than lovely people finally vacated. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for property managers who know they are there to look after the interests of landlords while still being fair to tenants.

Be careful of these professional scammers 
Worse experience ever in Australia 
Will never ever rent with them 
Be careful about your bond especially with entry and exit condition report as the are professionals with eating bonds

Just wanted to take the time to say thanks to Brooke and the team at Professionals Vertullo Real Estate. We've been a tenant for the last 3 years and Brooke has always been a pleasure to deal with! Our maintenance requests were always attended to straight away and our exit procedure has been easy and fantastic! Highly recommend this agency!
