I have rented all my life and this agency by far is the worst. Appalling manners, rude, they try to get out of every maintenance request. If I was a landlord with them, I would be worried that they don't actually take care your property, they only want to take care of your pockets short term. We had issues when we moved in that took months to resolve and ended up needing legal assistance. Moving out is not much better. NB: I can see some great reviews from a few property manager, these people were not our appointed property manager, wish we had one of these.

Alison Frawley our property manager has been looking after us faultlessly for the past 7 years & has made renting through Hillsea the best experience. Alison always pays attention to the little details and works hard for both landlords & tenants. Great job! Thanks :)

Hillsea have been our property agents for more than 10 years and our properties are managed by Alison Frawley.  
Alison can only be described as outstanding. She is skilled at selecting very good tenants and then ensuring that our properties are maintained at the highest standards. She always responds quickly to any communications.  We can thoroughly recommend the Hillsea property management team and Alison in particular.
