As first home buyers, we had loads of anxieties and uncertainties in this process but we were fortunate enough to have met Cheena as the real estate agent. She is highly knowledgeable, transparent, straight forward and has great customer service. Great͏ agent Cheena Khanna was the listing agent for our recent home purchase. Inspections were by appointment to cater for the previous owners requirements. Cheena was prompt with replies and all her communications. She facilitated multiple viewings to accommodate both myself and my husband at short notice and later made building and pest inspections smooth and easy. She kept open lines of communication between ourselves and the sellers to provide additional information we required. She made negotiations smooth and she was clear in communicating the owners requirements and also our own so we could come to a win/win terms of agreement as quickly as possible. She seemed to genuinely have the sellers best interests at heart but also provided great service to us as buyers even during the days leading right up to her wedding day. She continued to stay in contact after settlement to ensure our move went smoothly. Overall a great experience.

If you own a property, avoid. If they are your rental agent, beware.  They'll help you find a house alright, but they'll take months to fix anything broken and 4 years down the track when you move out and spend 2 weeks scrubbing the place top to bottom they will still try to steal the bond from you to freshen up the property. I'm taking them to small claims court for trying to steal $1200 from the bond thankfully I took lots of pictures and other evidence of their wrongdoings.

Easy͏ of dealing with Robert Robert was great from our first open house. Answered all question and keep a great line of communication all the way through to settlement. Thank you for our new home.
